Retirement from weddings and events

Christina and Don are retiring from hosting events and hosting AirBnB stays in the Guest House.

We are continuing hosting HipCamp stays and will be working with Bitterroot Backpacking in hosting adventures in the Bitterroot Mountains. We are also looking forward to having new experiences in the near future.

Guest House Update

We’re excited to announce that, due to many inquiries, we are making the Bitterroot Guest House available as a vacation rental starting in February 2020. We’re thrilled that so many have found it so comfortable and welcoming – and then there’s that view! As a reminder, it’s a two-bedroom, two-bath home with accommodations for up to four people. If you’re interested, please contact us directly, or visit our profile on AirBnB anytime to check availability and pricing.

Our New Gateway Welcomes You!

It’s even easier to find our entrance now, with towering timbers salvaged from a nearby Bitterroot forest and our ranch name forged into a nameplate. Hand-crafted by Jacob Bos of Bos Log Builders in Victor, it adds a classic Montana feel as you and your guests arrive!

We’re Green!

The new Bitterroot Guest House is “Energy Star” rated for your comfort and energy efficiency.

We are proud to be a Certified Wildlife Habitat through the National Wildlife Federation.

Coming soon! An Electric Car Charging Station at the Bitterroot Guest House.

Rocky Mountain Bride Photo Shoot

Little Smith Creek Ranch was excited to host Rocky Mountain Bride and an terrific group of vendors on September 20 for a Fall photo style shoot. Locations included our Joining of the Creeks, Sapphire View, Heritage Orchard sites among others. It was a perfect crisp, sunny day with leaves starting to turn and apples sweet and ripe on the trees. Watch for us in a 2019 issue!
